Hi, I’m Zeenat.

I believe that clarity of goals and desires, comes from believing, having a clear vision and in taking action. The key is to believe in yourself and truly want it!

My Story

Becoming the person I am today has not been easy. It’s been a long journey but it’s one I am proud to share. Throughout, I have learned many things that I can pass on to you to help you achieve your dreams and desires.

Comfort zone struggles

Stepping out of my comfort zone was not easy; in fact, it was tremendously challenging at first. As a teenager, I struggled with self-confidence, bullying, teasing, not quite fitting in, and not feeling truly valued for who I am. Does this sound like you too?

Through my own determination – and with the support of my mother, who took time to listen and comfort me – I began to take small steps towards the life I wanted. Having a clear vision of what I wanted and being prepared to take the leap led me to new experiences and learning.

Career challenges caused mental health issues

I started my career as a professional figure skater and then became a primary school teacher. Both of these brought mental, physical and emotional challenges and they affected my mental health especially. I was on an uncontrollable, emotional roller-coaster and I wasn’t happy.

Something clicked inside and I realised I no longer wanted to feel this way. I wanted to be the energetic, bubbly me that I used to be. So, I took a leap of faith, recognising that I needed to address the issues causing me to struggle and stress, and let go of the fear I was being judged.

The bravest thing I did was to ask for help! And if you’re reading this, congratulations on realising you’d like help too.

My journey 

I have had an incredible journey that has got me to where I am now.  It is my journey and experiences that have enabled me to find what I am truly passionate about.

Reaching out to ask for help and support has not been easy. I always thought that I had to do it alone – to show strength, otherwise it was seen as a weakness.  How wrong was I?

When going through my own mental health problems, I knew that I needed to swallow my ego and pride and ask for help. I knew that I didn’t want to feel this way or let anyone make me feel this way. So I went through therapy, counselling and CBT to get my life back on track. I quit my full-time job to follow my true path, to do what I passionately wanted to do– coaching.

Asking for help shows greater strength and power, which requires great courage. More importantly, you must never feel weakened by the thought of asking.

 

Becoming a coach and NLP / Kinetic Shift Practitioner

Realising what a difference my own coach made to me, I knew I wanted to help others in the same way. So, I decided to train as a life coach and then added NLP and Kinetic Shift therapy to my skillset.

Experiencing NLP myself and how it positively impacted my life, I knew that it would be an excellent skillset to have within my own coaching business. I saw first-hand how I could help my clients gain more clarity and move forward. Most importantly, I also saw how NLP can help address fears, phobias, limiting beliefs and build confidence and so much more. 

I was then introduced to Kinetic Shift, a form of rapid hypnosis and WOW! I had never expected such a powerful, instant impact. I knew this would take my coaching to the next level and that I had to gain the qualification. And that is exactly what I did. Experiencing Kinetic Shift myself during my training completely changed my life. I now see and act upon situations differently.

I believe that having a greater set of skills in different therapeutic services can provide my clients with more options to help them reach their goals and desires, with a much more positive transformation.  Using both NLP and KS within my practice has brought about incredible results for my clients.

Helping you is my passion

I’ve always had a great curiosity for people and the way our minds work. It’s fascinating to discover what holds people back and what drives them forward to achieve their dreams.

As long as I can remember, I have always been a great listener. My friends would often offload their worries to me, seeking advice when they were blocked or struggling with ideas and decisions. And they still do! I have a natural ability to help people see things from a different perspective, helping them to take the steps they need in a new direction.

My mission is to support you; to help you to discover all possible options that will lead you to take action and create the healthier mind and body you want, so that you can live the well-balanced and fulfilled life you desire.

I truly believe that we can have it all – that we can do what we want, when and how we want, while remaining true to ourselves. Having strong mental health plays a huge part in achieving that, and that’s where I can help you.

My Approach

My coaching services are totally bespoke to you; everyone is at a different point in their lives and looking for different things. There’s no one-size-fits-all.

As your coach, I will help you bridge the gaps between where you are and where you would like to be. We’ll start by talking about your goals and aspirations and discover what’s holding you back.

Together we’ll work out the best way for you to move ahead. Then we’ll create a plan to help you get there. I’ll break each goal down into small, manageable steps and will be there to support and encourage you along the way.

My style is nurturing and encouraging, and I will support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll find the answers within and work to reach your potential.
