Just when we thought that there was a ray of light for some sort of normality (whatever that may mean to each person), when we thought that things might be looking brighter, we are hit with another lockdown, a month and half away before the festive season, ‘Christmas.’
Unmanaged emotions can often hijack your energy and behaviour, causing a distorted view of life’s experiences, whether you are aware of it or not. And often when this happens, we have a knee-jerk reaction which rarely gives us good outcomes.
As we are returning to life, I keep writing in my journal which helped free my mind and take control of my mental health during the lock down.
