Bespoke mental health coach service
My mental health coaching service is totally bespoke to you. As your coach, I will work side-by-side with you to uncover the reasons for your mental health problems and help you overcome them.
No two people are the same. So why should the coaching you receive be the same as someone else? While I’ll make use of known tools and techniques to help you, your experience will be totally unique to you.
What to expect in coaching sessions
At the start, we’ll talk about your anxieties and how they negatively affect your life. Then we’ll work out the best way to move ahead. We’ll create a plan and break it down into small, manageable steps. Rest assured, I will be there to support and encourage you every step of the way.
You’ll have a few exercises to do in between each coaching session. These will push your boundaries and move you a little beyond your comfort zone. But without challenging yourself, how can you make positive changes?
Don’t worry, my style is nurturing and encouraging, and I will support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll find the answers that are within you.
Your coaching can take place in person if you are based in Bromley, surrounding boroughs or central London. Otherwise I can coach you over the phone, Skype or Zoom.
Tools and techniques
There are a number of different coaching tools and techniques I will use to help you improve your mental health. These include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Kinetic Shift, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and hypnotherapy. For mental health coaching, we might also use these tools together:
- NLP – to positively influence your brain’s thoughts, emotions and actions
- Kinetic Shift – a rapid hypnosis technique to create quick but long-lasting change
- EFT – a tool you can learn to change your emotional reaction to behaviours or emotions
- Hypnosis – to deal with a range of symptoms such as fears, anxiety, phobias, PTSD and much more
- Re-framing techniques – a tool used to look at things from a different point of view
- Mindfulness – varied methods to develop self-awareness of oneself and others
