NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP, uses language and other types of communication to positively influence your brain’s behaviour.

It looks at how we process thoughts (the Neuro part), language used (Linguistic) and behaviours (Programming), and how these interact to have a positive or negative affect on us.

Using a number of NLP tools and techniques, I’ll work with you to gain an understanding of how you interact with the world and then help you to “recode” the way your brain responds to situations that are causing you difficulty.

As a therapy, NLP can be very effective in facilitating powerful, quick and long-lasting positive change, helping you become the person you want to be.

Kinetic Shift

Kinetic Shift is a rapid and highly effective hypnosis technique that can create quick but long-lasting change. It’s often a revelation for those who think change is a long and difficult process!

I’ll use the tools and techniques available in Kinetic Shift to help you resolve the things that are holding you back, such as phobias, fears, anxiety, weight loss or even PTSD.

We’ll work together to change negative patterns and replace them with more positive, helpful suggestions that will encourage behavioural change.

How Kinetic Shift and Hypnosis work

As a rapid therapy, Kinetic Shift uses a number of different hypnosis techniques to rewire your brain and allow you to focus on the positive.

Your subconscious mind controls 90% of your behaviour, much of which was learned in your childhood or throughout your life during challenging situations, to keep you ‘safe’. However, behaviour that may have been appropriate then isn’t helpful to you anymore and is usually what holds you back.

Hypnosis deals with those limiting beliefs and enables you to see, feel and deal with significant events from your past by visualising a much more positive future scenario.

Being hypnotised

Don’t worry, you cannot be hypnotised against your will. During hypnosis, you are in a calm and relaxed state, fully aware of your surroundings and in control. It’s very like the state just before you fall asleep, when you are relaxed and calm but aware.

Performing Kinetic Shift has no harmful or side-effects, but it proves to deliver long-lasting positive benefits.

Sessions for NLP and Kinetic Shift normally take place in person if you are based in Bromley, surrounding boroughs or London. Otherwise I can coach you over the phone, Skype or Zoom.

How many sessions will I need?

That will vary depending on your individual needs, as my packages are bespoke to you. Schedule a free call with me and we will discuss your needs and package options.
