I had three sessions with Zeenat over the space of three months to help combat my anxiety of public speaking. I felt improvements over all of them but by the end of the third, I felt that the churning in my stomach and jelly-legs that I always get before I present publicly had been removed and I felt a lot more confident about a big speech that I had coming up. The Hypno and Kinetic Shift practices were fantastic.
I approached Zeenat after my anxiety had started to get the best of me. I found myself feeling constantly tense. It had become almost impossible to do every day things normally and work was my biggest struggle. We sat down in my home, where I felt comfortable and talked through the past couple of weeks – how the physical symptoms were effecting me. Zeenat is very understanding, which allowed me to relax and talk openly, which I have found difficult in the past.
The hypnotherapy Kinetic Shift consisted of techniques that helped me to relax and focus deeply on her reassuring voice. Zeenat has a very enthusiastic approach; I was able to concentrate on those feelings and pinpoint where they were. She asked me to attach a colour to the anxiety and being able to attach them to something helped initially break that cycle in my mind. This is something that has stuck with me and when I need to, I visualise Zeenat removing those feelings and casting them away. Zeenat was able to guide me into a positive frame of mind and detach myself from the continuous tense feelings. I benefited from this as immediately after I felt an overwhelming sense of relief, I described the feeling like a tight knot untying.
Zeenat has patience and care and is so encouraging which is exactly what I needed. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me.
Zee is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is kind, empathetic and fun. She helped and supported me uncover different aspects of me and break limiting barriers with various NLP and coaching techniques. Thanks for your help and look forward to seeing more of you into the future.
I found the ‘Creatively Disney’ NLP technique an eye-opening experience. I was at cross roads and did not know what steps to take regarding the future of my business. Working with Zee was amazing and I gained so much clarity within a session which was quite powerful.
Before I talked with Zee I felt that my life was spiralling out of control. I felt like a ship lost in a dark stormy sea drowning. I had several coaching sessions with Zee. She has always been professional and asked some good empowering questions which challenged me to think in a new way. Zee did the NLP tool the ‘Circle of Excellence’ to support underlying anxiety which I have when entering presentations or workshops. I found this tool beneficial and will use whenever needed.
Zee worked with me on an issue I was struggling to get started on. I seemed to be going round in circles, questioning and doubting myself and basically getting nowhere. Zee worked with me using a technique known as “The Disney Creative Strategy”. This technique enabled me to separate my creative thoughts from self criticism and view the situation objectively. I was able to utilise the my own criticisms to improve my plans of execution rather than knock back my creative ideas. Ultimately I made great progress thanks to Zee’s deployment of this useful NLP technique.
Working with Zee using Disney’s Creative project technique allowed me to play the role of the dreamer, the realist and the critique–three different perceptual positions. It was refreshing to shift thinking modes which sparked creativity and I was able to design solutions to successfully reach my goal. The technique, under Zee’s impeccable guidance, further helped punch holes on the limiting beliefs I had, which prevented me from moving towards the goal. It’s a powerful and a very effective approach.
First I would like to thank Zee for the wonderful experience of coaching she has provided me. She is professional and very confident and helped all the way through my goals. With Zee I realised the value of changing goals from session to session- although at first I was fixed and thought that I was 100% sure about the topic That I wanted to discuss in my sessions.. As I felt comfortable I changed the topics from practical ones to more challenging one. this was huge already as I attempted to discuss withZee an emotional topic such as gaining emotional clarity. Thus, I would say changing my focus to more challenging topics helped ne channel my efforts to explore it and finally achieve it. Furthermore, Zee challenged my way of thinking by helping me see from different perspectives (and I still keep thinking like having a magic wand in my hands!) within the sessions I also realised I have unlimited options to achieve my goals and that valuable Toolis trial and error, until I found what works for me. I would definitely I recommend Zee’s services. Thank you.
Zee’s sessions were of great help to achieve the goals I set out. She made me realise my strengths & helped in creating achievable plans/ actions. She bring great energy to the sessions with a professional manner. She challenged me to enable me to achieve a lot, exploring all areas that needed attention. As a coach, Zeenat has really had a positive impact on the goals that she helped me set during our sessions. Zeenat was diligent and disciplined during her coaching, always making sure that I had a precise – well-define goal set for myself, as well as tangible, immediate actions to take away. Through her coaching I was able to bring clarity in goal setting and in the actions. She really helped me make a difference in the various areas that I wanted to cover in my personal and professional life. Indeed, experiencing change in multiple areas of my life. Zeenat’s coaching skills helped me feel more empowered to deal with all the challenges I face.
Coaching with her has had a positive impact on my self-confidence. Having a coach like Zeenat who is empathetic and professional, gives the feelings of being trusted- then I coud leverage on this trust to try and always achieve more results and feedback it back to or next sessions. So beyond the coaching skills, Zeenat was very professional and good at making the most of our coach-coachee relationship.
