Unmanaged emotions can often hijack your energy and behaviour, causing a distorted view of life’s experiences, whether you are aware of it or not. And often when this happens, we have a knee-jerk reaction which rarely gives us good outcomes.
As we are returning to life, I keep writing in my journal which helped free my mind and take control of my mental health during the lock down.

The stresses of; work, performing and pressures from those around you, are all common triggers of poor mental health.
School phobias very common these days, school avoidance and school refusal are elements that describe an anxiety disorder in children who have an irrational, persistent fear of going to school. There are many factors which influence this behaviour.
