As we are returning to life, I keep writing in my journal which helped free my mind and take control of my mental health during the lock down.
There is so much talk about ‘What makes a great leader?’ A great leader will always take time to evaluate, reflect, innovate and importantly listen to his/her employees. However, it doesn’t stop there. Leadership can be described in many forms.
“Leaders instill in their people a hope for success and a belief in themselves. Positive leaders empower people to accomplish their goals.”
With increasingly, current concerns and issues around mental health, it is a huge one for university students. As it is known, it is not being addressed effectively and sufficiently during primary and secondary years, which in turn is causing even much greater issues when young adults are entering universities.
