Bespoke mindset coach service
My mindset coaching service is totally bespoke to you. As your coach, I will work side-by-side with you to discover what’s causing the disconnect between your emotions and your behaviour, and will give you some tools to develop a more flexible mindset.
No two people are the same. So why should the coaching you receive be the same as someone else? While I’ll make use of known tools and techniques to help you, your experience will be totally unique to you.
What to expect in coaching sessions
We’ll begin by examining your limiting beliefs and behaviours. Then, we’ll create a plan and break it down into small, manageable steps. Rest assured, I will be there to support and encourage you every step of the way.
You’ll have a few exercises to do in between each coaching session. These will push your boundaries and move you beyond your comfort zone. But without challenging yourself, how can you make positive changes?
Don’t worry, my style is nurturing and encouraging, and I will support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll find the answers that are within you. And we’ll work so that you can grow and develop a flexible mindset.
Your coaching can take place in person if you are based in Bromley, surrounding boroughs or central London. Otherwise I can coach you over the phone, Skype or Zoom.

Tools and techniques
There are a number of different coaching tools and techniques I will use to help you improve and grow your mindset. These include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Kinetic Shift, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and hypnotherapy.
