Bespoke wellbeing coach service
My wellbeing coaching service is totally bespoke to you. As your coach, I will work side-by-side with you to help you improve your wellbeing and live your best life.
No two people are the same. So why should the coaching you receive be the same as someone else? While I’ll make use of known tools and techniques to help you, your experience will be totally unique to you.
What to expect in coaching sessions
We’ll start by exploring the areas of your wellbeing that you’d like to improve. If you’ve any limiting beliefs, we’ll address those so you can move forward. Then we’ll create a plan and break it down into small, manageable steps. Rest assured, I will be there to support and encourage you every step of the way.
You’ll have a few exercises to do in between each coaching session. These will push your boundaries and move you beyond your comfort zone. But without challenging yourself, how can you make positive changes?
Don’t worry, my style is nurturing and encouraging, and I will support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll find the answers that are within you. And we’ll create a realistic, achievable plan.
Your coaching can take place in person if you are based in Bromley, surrounding boroughs or central London. Otherwise I can coach you over the phone, Skype or Zoom.

Tools and techniques
There are a number of different coaching tools and techniques I will use to help you improve your wellbeing. These include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Kinetic Shift, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and hypnotherapy. What I use will depend on you and what you want to achieve. After all, your coaching will be bespoke to you.
For wellbeing coaching, we might also use these tools together:
- Mindfulness – to help you be in the here and now
- Affirmations – to create a positive mindset
- Journalling/ diary – writing down what’s on your mind can help you address the overwhelm
- NLP/ EFT – to help with addressing negative thought patterns and behaviours.
